Why is individual inner transformation important?
We believe that every human being has the potential to help shape the future. But in order to be able to develop this potential, they must be given the opportunity to recognize and embrace this potential. Here, experiences with people from completely different walks of life are a chance to gain new perspectives and approaches to the solutions we all seek.
Seeing new paths for the future from the point of view of others gives new meaning and perspective to life. Experiencing yourself not doing more of the same, but developing something completely new in exchange and resonance with others can provide new confidence and hope. It enables the individual to be part of a community in which they experience belonging as the greatest source of inspiration and innovation.

The future of convening
We are convinced that there will be no going back to the old normal after the pandemic and the climate crisis we are facing. Many event organizing organizations will have to re-invent themselves and explore the future of convening. In order to develop solutions for the future, a radical rethink is also needed when it comes to the question of what forms meetings should take. How do convenings need to be curated, designed, and moderated? And what role do places play in this? Places where the new is allowed to come into the world.
We consider places as laboratories and incubators for the regenerative life of tomorrow.
